- How can I find out my order status?
Call 1-866-878-7671 (M-F, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. MST) for order status information.
Shipping/Returns
- How are my shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are bases on actual weight and charges, not estimated amounts.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
1-7 days, depending on shipping method selected. We will notify you if extended deliveries are required due to inventory shortages
- What shipping services do you use?
Most items are shipped UPS or Federal Express. You can select your delivery method at time of order.
- Do you ship to international destinations?
YES!
- What is your return policy?
We will grant an exchange or issue a refund for the full cash price within 30 days of receipt. After the 30-day period, you must contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization prior to returning any merchandise. Returns received after the 30-day period may receive a prorated cash or credit adjustment based on the age and condition of the product. After 180 days, we will no longer grant an exchange or issue a refund. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. A 10% restocking fee may be applied
Payment
- When will I be charged for my order?
You will not be charged for your order until the product has shipped from our warehouse.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, American Express® and Purchase Orders (For established accounts only).
- Is it safe to send my credit card information over the Internet to you?
Yes. All credit card information sent through our store web site is encrypted for your safety.
General Questions
- What if I have a question about customer service?
You'll probably find the answer in Customer Service. If not, click here to send an e-mail to Kremer Precision. You can also contact Customer Service at 1-866-878-7671 (M-F, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. MST).
- What are cookies and do you use them?
A cookie is a data element a web site sends to your browser. It is stored on your computer and tells a web site that a previous visitor has returned. It doesn't automatically give personal information about you, such as your e-mail address or name. We use cookies to help us provide you with a fast, convenient shopping experience at our online store and to eliminate re-entering the same information for subsequent orders. Cookies also help us monitor whether our web sites are functioning properly. They also perform site traffic analysis.
- How do I obtain a certificate of compliance or calibration?
Please specify at time of order whether you would like a Certificate of Compliance ($6.00 ea.) or a Certificate of Calibration. ($10.00 Ea.) A lot charge of $15.00 covers all Certificates of Compliance on one order placed at one time. Lot charges cannot apply to Certificates of Calibration.
- What happened to LaVezzi Precision?
MW Industries recently acquired LaVezzi Precision, Inc. for its medical manufacturing capabilities. The company will now direct 100% of its focus on the manufacture of critical medical machined components. See news release.
